Since our charter on November 11th, 1929, our American Legion Post has been welcoming VETERANS from all branches of our Armed Forces. Today, we continue to welcome all military personnel serving our country. Joining our Post enables you to continue serving your God, Country and Community. Our mission is to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace and blessings for our country, friends and families embodied in our preamble.

The American Legion celebrates 92 years of service on March 15th.
Patriotic Citizens of Lafayette County, Oxford, and the University community:
Join our Post as a Member, Booster or Sponsor. Help us to continue sponsoring Scholarships for our children; give aid and assistance to our local needy Veterans and their families; and continue to support financially worthy community programs and projects such as our local State Veterans Home and our new Veterans Memorial Park.

The Meetings are 2nd Thursday of the Month.... with Dinner at 6:00 P M and the Meeting at 7:00 P M
The Staff Meetings are as called by the Commander.
