Facilities Information

Our Veterans Building is jointly owned by the American Legion Post 55, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3978 and the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 48.  Our building measures 40' X 60' and consists of a functional kitchen, meeting and dining room as well as handicap accessible restrooms.  The building will hold up to 75 people and is centrally heated and air conditioned.

RENTAL FEES

Members and Ladies Auxillary:  $50.00 per day/night/event

Non-Members:  $125.00 per day/night/event

It is required that the member booking use of the building is responsible for collecting the rental fee in advance and MUST be present during the rental function.  This member is also responsible for the clean-up afterwards which must be done by the next morning after the event OR immediately after the event if another function is to be held within the next 12 hours.  The kitchen will be open for the use of the rental function however each group or function will be responsible for providing their own dishes, glasses and cooking utensils.  For any other questions please contact one of our members or contact one of our officers listed on our Officers page.  ALL rentals are subject to approval by the Building Property Committee.
